To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include all necessary tools and a step-by-step assembly guide in the box.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return your bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the bike must be in like-new condition.
How do I choose the right frame size?
Each product page features a detailed size chart based on height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Epic Cycles ships to over 50 countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties may apply depending on your local regulations.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All our frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as drivetrains and brakes are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
