Returns & Exchanges

At Epic Cycles, we want you to ride with confidence; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Epic Cycles account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and tools are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
